WHERE CAN I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

  • It can be sent to an address selected by you (home, work, etc.). We deliver worldwide. 

 

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

  • Delivery times depend on the destination. Delivery within the EU and UK takes 7-10 working days. International deliveries take 1-2 weeks, this will depend on each country. You can request express shipping for your order. Express shipping takes 2-6 business days worldwide.

 

HOW MUCH DO I PAY FOR DELIVERY SERVICE?

  • EU Standard shipping over €249 – Free

  • EU Standard shipping under €100 - €15

  • EU Standard shipping between €100 to €249 - €20

  • International shipping Standard shipping over €249 – Free

  • International Standard shipping under €100 - €22

  • International Standard shipping between €100 to €249 - €26

  • Express shipping – will vary on your destination.

 

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

  • Yes, the tracking number will be sent to you once the order is fulfilled. 

 

I AM AN INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER. DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS DUTIES AND IMPORT FEES?

  • Items in your order that are designated for shipment to countries outside of the EU may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country (“Import Fees”). The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees.

  • If you refuse a shipment, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

CAN I RETURN AN ORDER?

  • Once you have received your order, you have 15 days to make a return. The customer is responsible for the generated return costs. Shipping costs will not be refunded. The product must be in perfect condition and the original labels need to be included. Please note: If you have purchased an item on sale it can only be exchanged or refunded with a store credit.
