This one is a risky business, but who doesn't quietly(or loudly) like to take risks? I have personally been imagining wearing white on white for way-too-long now. I honestly & truly love the look. Being a girl we know what that entails, we've got to make sure that it's not that time of the month, otherwise.... I think we can just leave it at that.
Ok, let's get down to nitty-gritty of this look. This white blouse was inspired by my love for big sleeves and big cuffs. I also love anything that wraps, I find it very flattering so I made the waist a band that wraps. The open back was a given because who doesn't dig that?! Personally, I don't know anyone(I would like to think).
Now, what about some white denim jeans?! I feel like it's one of the essentials we need in our closets. And if not, we can compare it to the first person waiting in line on a list. A white pair of jeans can be styled with many different things and that's why I love it. This neutral colour will match perfectly with any other colour so you can have fun with the pieces you add to your look.
Layers, I love layers, you love layers, we all love them layers. So here I added a tank top into the mix. I think this made me love the look even more to be honest. Specially since it's a skinny strap, low back, tank top. Super simple, yet very elegant, I could have not liked this look more. What do you think?
It's getting cold, I know, winter is coming grrr! Half of me already misses the sun, the other half is excited for hot chocolate and warm clothing. This season is the perfect one for what we already discussed, layers. I think turtle necks will become our best friends in these upcoming months, it was a clear must match to the look.
But wait, hold on, it is still warm and nice! Yes, it is and we are the lucky ones. Barcelona has great weather which is something I will forever be grateful for. We can rock t-shirts and walk outside throughout the day like it is still August, a sunny summer day. Here we have the t-shirt layered with the tank top which is always a win-win option.
Of course, you can always tie a knot in the front of your tee(or tuck it in your pants) and never go wrong with that. I think it's a great casual look, chill and comfortable, there are many occasions for that.
Maybe you are really fortunate and summer is actually just starting where you live, so this one is for you! White jeans, white tank, that's all you need. I honestly cannot wait to wear this look myself. This one looks great with sneakers during the day, while you work at your local coffee shop and amazing at night with boots or high heels when you are at your favourite restaurant, hanging out with your friends, having one or too many cocktails.
